• Falling In Love (Is So Hard On the Knees), Aerosmith
  Steven Tyler and the boys are all restrained in Posey straitjackets.
  
• Millennium tour, Backstreet Boys
  AJ is restrained in a straitjacket with a metal zipper running down the front.
• Why Is Everybody Always Pickin' On Me, Bloodhound Gang
  John Pop is an a posey at the end of the video and strapped to a wheelchair.
• Experiment IV, Kate Bush
  In the first straitjacket scene is in a padded cell where a loony is having his screams recorded. The second sighting has said loony is running up the corridor, still in SJ but arms undone. Jacket is white institutional, of "English" design.
• Dangerous, Busta Rhymes
  At the beginning of this video, Busta is in a collared leather straitjacket but the sleeves aren't strapped down.
• Woo-Haa (I Got You All In Check), Busta Rhymes
  Another Busta video, he is restrained in a straitjacket, but in this one he is an a metallic silver padded straitjacket and chained to another rapper in a padded cell.
• Teary Eyed, Missy Elliott
  Numerous concurrent scenes, one of which is that she's in a leather straitjacket (not ID'd as of yet but it's not a Fetters) in what's supposed to look like a padded cell. A few minutes into it she'd injected with something and starts tripping. Cue the rap bit, straitjacket dance routine and Elliott swinging suspended from the ceiling in a white straitjacket.   Eminem is restrained in a front closing straitjacket. There is a lot of struggling from Eminem.
• Welcome to the Jungle, Guns'N'Roses
  Axl Rose is restrained in a Humane Restraint straitjacket and strapped to a chair.
  
• Pyscho Circus, KISS
  This Video was made in 1998 to promote the album & song of the same name. There is also a video game tie-in (along with comic books) with the same name featuring KISS music and songs. The video is a typical KISS video with weird lighting and scary effects. The game itself has gotten mixed reviews.
• The Night the Lights Went Out in Georgia, Reba McEntire
  The presumed guilty party, the brother of the actual killer (portrayed, of course, by Reba), is wearing a straitjacket while he is being led to the execution chamber.
  
• American Psycho, Misfits
  It looks like he needs a gag, a padded cell and his arms strapped tight. The gag might be one way to improve "Heavy Metal" music.
  
• I Drive Myself Crazy, N'SYNC
  I think this video came out a couple of years ago. I also has some gals in straitjackets at the end of the video.

• Rehab, Manchild
  In this British group's video for "Rehab", guest singer Andy Cairn is restrained in a Posey straitjacket and strapped to a hospital gurney being pushed by the members of Manchild. At the end of the video, Andy is still in the straitjacket and is given shock therapy.
• Dr. Feelgood, Motley Crue
  The four guys are all restrained in straitjackets and leather pants! The still is at 3:19 in this video.
• Bouncin' Back (Banging Me Up Against the Wall), Mystikal
  Mystikal struggles a lot in a backwards Humane Restraint straitjacket while being held in a padded cell.

  Dale Olivier is in a lace up straitjacket, often in a padded cell.

• Yesterday, When I Was Mad, Pet Shop Boys
  In the video, Neil Tennant (the lead singer) is sitting around, grinning in an asylum wearing an odd, quilted SJ. There are also several mannequins in the video wearing black SJs and masks. Video.
• C'Mon Feel the Noise, Quiet Riot
  Opens with a guy in a leather straitjacket and a leather face mask in a padded cell. Video. Just one still though.
• Go on Move, Reel2Reel
  About 2 minutes with a person in a Posey straitjacket.
• Twisted, Cane Roberts
  B&W video. A black HR straitjacket with modified sleeves (detachable) and modified crotch strap.
• Crazy Love, Rome
  All are in brown suede straitjackets throughout the whole video. In the beginning, Rome is dragged into the "loony bin" and thrown into a padded cell. Rome is also in a leather looking straitjacket at some parts of the video.

  I would like confirmation on this Music Video.
• Come On My Selector, Squarepusher
  This video features a little girl & her dog in a research establishment with big oriental orderlies. She manages to overpower one of these and the video continues with him coming to, gagged, straitjacketted & strapped into a wheelchair which is pushed down a sloping corridor into a wall. He is big, so the jacket is tight, & the straps on the chair ensure a great struggle with no result.

• Disturbed, Stupify
  The straitjacket is on backwards. (The front of the neck is VERY tight.) The sleeves seem a bit loose. Did the "stupify" part work on the attendants at this place?

• Pop Goes the Weasel, Third Bass
  In this Vanilla Ice spoof, the three men of third bass are all in Posey looking straitjackets and taunted by gangsters.
• Hot For Teacher, Van Halen
  Alex Van Halen is straitjacketed at the end.
